"My food showed up about 25 minutes late..."
My food showed up about 25 minutes late, which really annoyed me because I was hungry and the app kept changing the delivery time on me. I messaged support mostly because I wanted to know what was going on, and they actually got back to me quickly. They said the driver had an issue and gave me a small credit, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but for me, the way they handled it made it less frustrating. I still use Rappi, but I really wish the times in the app were more accurate

"Bad first impression with account security"
This gave me a bad first impression. I started getting login alerts that looked suspicious, so I reached out to support expecting some kind of help or reassurance. Instead, it felt like they barely did anything. Not exactly what you want when it comes to account security.

I tried using it a few times, but the payment keeps failing for me. Not really reliable it feels, and it gets annoying when you just want to finish the purchase.

"Honestly not sure I can rely on Rappi anymore"
I don’t know, maybe I’ve just had bad luck lately, but Rappi has been really unreliable for me. My orders keep showing up late, drivers cancel out of nowhere, and when I contact support, they basically just tell me to wait. I used to use it a lot, but after this many issues, I’m not sure I’ll be using it again anytime soon.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I found the whole process annoying. I just wanted it sorted quickly without having to think about it so much

"Stuff is actually never in stock"
Every time I place an order, it looks like everything is available, and then half of it suddenly gets marked out of stock. It’s actually such a waste of time, especially when you’re trying to get groceries quickly. Really frustrating.

"Courier was riding way too recklessly"
I didn’t feel safe at all. The courier was riding really recklessly, and when I tried to get help about it, I felt like I was just being passed around instead of someone actually taking it seriously.

"Bad timing, but cancellation was easy"
I ended up having to cancel my order because the timing just worked out badly on my end. Luckily, they handled it really quickly and the refund came through without any hassle. Not how I wanted it to go, but I was happy with how smooth it was...

"Wrong items again"
My order got messed up again . The receipt had everything listed correctly , but the bag had two wrong items and one thing missing . I contacted support , but it took forever and they only gave me a small credit . This isn’t the first time it’s happened , so it’s getting really frustrating .

My delivery showed up on time, so that part was good. The courier just seemed kind of rushed, rushed like they wanted to get it over with, and didn’t really say much. They weren’t rude or anything, just not super professional this time. Overall, it was okay.

"Support takes forever to get back to you"
I use rappi every now and then and the app itself is fine, but wow, the customer support is painfully slow. I had a missing item in my order and thought it would be a quick fix, but nope, I was just sitting there waiting forever for someone to actually respond.

And when they finally did answer, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing again, which is so annoying when you’re already frustrated. It’s not the worst app ever, but if you need help fast, good luck.

"Tracking was close enough for me"
I mostly just check if the driver is getting closer and if the ETA makes sense, and this did the job. The updates were clear, though they felt a little slow to refresh sometimes.

and I use Rappi here and there, and most of the time it works fine. The only thing that bugs me is that the price doesn’t always feel totally clear at first.
The delivery fee, service fee, and little extra charges seem to show up later, so the final total ends up higher than I expected. It’s not a bad app, I just wish they showed the full cost earlier so ordering felt less annoying.

"Issue took a little while, but they fixed it"
I received the wrong item at first, which was frustrating, and I feel like anyone would be annoyed by that, right? Support did take a bit longer than I hoped, but they eventually got it sorted out and refunded me. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I do appreciate that they actually handled it in the end.

"Promo code was annoying, but the order was fine"
I had a promo code from rappi that seemed like it was going to work, and I was kind of happy about it at first. Everything looked normal until checkout, then suddenly it said it wasn’t valid, with no real explanation. Maybe I missed something, but I also read the terms and still couldn’t figure out what the issue was.

I reached out to support, and they did reply, so I can’t say they totally ignored me. But the answers were generic, mostly just telling me to check the conditions, which I had already done. It was helpful and not helpful at the same time, if that makes sense.
The actual order was okay, so I don’t want to act like the whole experience was terrible. But the promo part was definitely frustrating. It kind of feels like the offers are there to get your attention, but when you try to use them, it becomes way more complicated than it should be.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order arrived with the bag partly open and some sauce had leaked out, so it was a bit messy. The food was also cold by the time it got to me, and a couple of the containers looked like they may have gotten squished during delivery. I’m not sure if it happened at the store or while it was with Rappi, but the packaging definitely could have been more secure.

When the service is available, I don’t have much to complain about, it runs well and does what I need. I mostly notice it when I’m in my usual spots, and there it’s been solid. The only thing that stands out is the coverage in my area is still a bit hit or miss, so I’m hoping they expand it soon.

"Usually plenty of good food options"
I mostly use Rappi when I’m ordering food, there are usually a lot of restaurants near me. Like, a lot a lot. Every now and then a place I wanted will show as closed or unavailable, which is annoying, especially when I had my mind set on it. But most of the time the choices are solid, and I can usually find something quick without much trouble.

"Useful app, but I remember it being smoother at times"
I usually use Rappi when I’m too tired or lazy to go out, and from what I remember across my past orders, it generally gets the job done. Looking for restaurants or random products is straightforward, and paying at checkout hasn’t really been a problem for me.
That said, I do notice it can get annoying sometimes, especially when the app feels slow or a screen suddenly reloads like I didn’t just tap something. I also remember a few orders where the map or updates made me second-guess what was actually happening. It’s not a bad app, but it could definitely feel smoother

"Wrong item sent and the support was ridiculous"
I ordered one thing and got something completely different. I reached out to support expecting them to fix it or at least offer a refund, but they basically did nothing. No refund, no real help, just a waste of time. Ridiculous experience overall.
